Our fresh case meats are sourced from trusted farms, raised without hormones and with care. From tender steaks to house-smoked favorites, quality and freshness come first in every cut.

Our Locally Raised Non-GMO Black Angus Beef from our local farm can be purchased as a 1/4, 1/2 or Whole for your Freezer.   We will customize your freezer beef according to your specifications.  A  $150 deposit is required to reserve.

Absolutely without question the best seafood, beef (including ground beef), quality deli choices if found in my county. The service is always of quality matching the products. Does come with a higher cost but that's with everything. This place is like a candy store for people who appreciate good food.
